You know who you are.

Have a little slice and we'll say no more about it.

Gotta put my hands up and say I didn't fancy us at all this season but the late transfer dealings gave me hope. Only six games in but i'm absolutely delighted to be proven wrong so far . Let's hope it fucking continues !

Even Alan Shearer put his hands up on MOTD.

When he said " I cant believe they did not get Bilic in a lot sooner ", LOL.

You cannot be the manager of Croatia for over 5 years if your shit anyone with a peanut for a brain should be able to see that.
I always knew he knew the game inside out and could easily do a job for us.

Wasn't my first choice. But I wasn't upset when we got him in.

The Europe games worried me, and actually letting Nolan play games.....
but I've been impressed so far. Especially in the transfers of payet & Co and shifting out Nolan, maiga and jarvis. We're not just going away and hoping for a point. We're having a go and that's all I ever wanted.
Long may this continue.

Steve Marriot was great but the band went downhill a bit after Peter Frampton left.

Mr Anon, why are you digging out Nicey?

Did you not read anything he actually put on here? Did you think it was fashionable to dig him out?

Re: The Humble Pie Thread
Mad Dog I too wondered about him playing Nolan, Maiga and Jarvis so much in the pre season / Europa games but now it seems to me he was putting them in the shop window to get a sale or transfer to free up money for better players, and in the case of Maiga and Jarvis it worked.
It seems obvious now that with the focus on Prem survival the decision was made not to pursue the Europa League too seriously - may be that's good for the club's future but it is bloody harsh on the very loyal supporters who travelled abroad and who must be the absolute core of the team's support.
